
InCharge At Home

InCharge At Home is an initiative created in the wake of COVID-19. The InCharge At Home content hub is a place to share how customers can connect by offering suggestions for what to watch, read, learn, as well as sharing recipes, playlists and workouts. It was important to the company to give viewers resources for online learning and suggestions of organizations in need.
As the situation evolved, the Content Director, Senior Digital Designer, the E-comm team and I worked to launch the hub quickly and to keep it flexible.


This hub features an e-mail blast to engage with customers and a social component that kicked off with a video of DVF employees in their various work from home setups.

The InCharge At Home initiative includes promotions such as discounts in featured categories by week for US customers and a 20% off full-price styles for EU/UK/World customers. A portion of the proceeds go to worldwide organizations in need.
